Air Tightness Testing

We offer an accredited and professional Air Tightness Testing service throughout Scotland, with all projects being quoted on an individual basis, however indicative costs are shown below:   

• Typical residential house – starting from £200, depending upon overall size, location and information provided.

• If there are multiple residential ATT tests proposed for the same visit – first property remains priced as above, with all other test ranging between £70-100 per test, dependant on type and number of tests proposed. Normally ask for 4+ tests, if possible.

• Commercial buildings - starting at £400. Same principles apply as above (i.e. if we have 2+ more industrial units, if these can be tested on the same day, this will provide an overall cost reduction)

Energy Performance Certificate (EPC - Non domestic buildings)

There are many varying factors which contribute to costs of an EPC, such as information provided to the energy assessor prior to survey, however indicative costs are shown below;  

<500m2 from £400.00

<1000m2 from £600.00

Future Services provided by 8760 Energy ATT Ltd.

Background ventilation testing. This is the process of assessing an existing property for the Air Change Rate (ACH) to identify whether that property has adequate natural ventilation provision. 8760 Energy ATT Ltd, will assess the development and provide a background ventilation report assessing current rates and provide possible remedial works. 

The future will also see us expand our range of services to further help our clients further reduce their buildings energy footprint, moving into the domestic SAP EPC market enabling 8760 Energy ATT Ltd to lodge both domestic and non-domestic EPC certificates.
